Acrylic waterproofing Teknomer 300 EX

One-component waterproofing material with a high elasticity based on an acrylic resin Teknomer 300 EX.

Applications:

• for rooms with high humidity (bathrooms and showers, balconies, terraces and cellars)
• water tanks and swimming pools
• sloped roof terraces
• for facades of industrial and residential buildings
• for surfaces of concrete, galvanized metal, polyurethane coatings, PVC cornices

Usage instructions

Surface for application should be cleaned from any oils, rust, detergents and other substances that prevent adhesion. If there are areas in the form of cracks, cavities on the surface - they must be repaired using the easy cement mixes Teknorep 300 and Teknorep 300 EX. The corners and joints surface application is necessary to plug the elastic insulation tape 120/70 Teknomer Pah Band.

Notes on application / Limitations

• The finish of the tiles, ceramics or other materials must be conducted no earlier than 3 days after application Teknomer 300.
• Do not use this material in adverse weather conditions( high humidity, the air temperature is above 35°C).
• Do not use the material on the surface, which has a risk of freezing within 24 hours after application.
• Before use, you must mix the contents of the container.
• Applied to wet the surface with brush, roller.
• Depending on the absorbency of the substrate, Teknomer 300EX can be diluted with water to 50%, to obtain a primer solution. If desired, as the gain between the layers, you can use the fiberglass mesh. The waiting time between layers is at least 5 hours.
• Each subsequent layer should be applied perpendicularly to the previous one.
• After application the surface must be protected from adverse weather conditions such as direct sunlight, strong wind, high air temperature (above 35°C), rain and frost.
• Equipment should be rinsed with water immediately after application.
