Scope

  • For interior and exterior use.
  • As a protective coating for industrial concrete surfaces.
  • As a primer before laying the floor coatings from polyurethane or epoxy resin.

The features and benefits

  • Does not contain solvents.
  • Has very good adhesion to concrete and cement screed.
  • Has good penetrating properties.
  • Resistant to diluted acids and dense alkalis, cleaning products and detergents.
  • Vegetable, mineral and animal oils, fresh water and sea water, gasoline, alcohol and many solvents.

 

Usage instructions

  • Surface for application should be cleaned from any oils, rust, detergents and other substances that prevent adhesion. If there are areas in the form of cracks and cavities on surface should be repaired using convenient mixes Teknorep 300 and Teknorep 300EX.
  • To use at ambient temperature of 10 °C - 30 °C.
  • Mixing should be carried out with a mixer at a speed of 300-400 rpm to form a homogeneous mixture. Do not mix by hand.
  • Before mixing pre-prepare the components A and B to a temperature of 15°C - 25°C.
  • Tools after applying Teknobond 300 should be immediately cleaned with TEKNO TINER, because after hardening it can be cleaned only mechanically.
