Teknobond 110 - one component polyurethane primer.

Scope

  • Improves the adhesion of the material to the surface of concrete, wood, gyps.
  • Easy to apply and penetrates well into porous surfaces.
  • After coating provides a smooth surface (film).
  • Has high adhesion to the surfaces.
  • Used as a primer for bituminous surfaces under insulation polyurethane coatings, especially on the roof.

 

The features and benefits

  • Used in the material of the solvents having no adverse effects on the bitumen surface.
  • Colorless, contains solvent and is not affected by weather conditions.
  • Resistant to salt water, salt solutions, diluted acids, aliphatic solvents, petrol and mineral oils. Deeply penetrates into the concrete surface.

 

Usage instructions

Surface for application should be cleaned from any oils, rust, detergents and other substances that prevent adhesion. The humidity of concrete surface should be no more than 4%. If there are areas in the form of cracks and cavities on surface should be repaired using the easy cement mixes Teknorep 300 and Teknorep 300EX.

Applied to the cleaned surface using a brush or roller. The surface after priming shall be protected from rain for 3-4 hours.

Notes on application / Limitations

  • Spillage on the skin should be washed with water with detergent.
  • The product can irritate the skin. Use protective gloves and goggles. In case of contact with eyes, immediately wash out with warm water and seek medical help.
  • Flammable material should be done at a great distance from open flames, high temperatures, welding and cutting machines and tools.
