Instructions for use:
Surface preparation
The application surface must be cleaned of materials that prevent adhesion, such as dust, oil, resins and detergent. Weak parts of the surface should be dismantled. Chips, potholes and holes on the surface should be repaired with the help of appropriate Teknorep repair compositions. Before starting work, the surface should be cleaned with compressed air.
Mixing of the adhesive solution
To mix the adhesive solution, it is necessary to add a dry mixture to clean water (in the proportion of 1 kg of the mixture per 1 liter of water). Mixing is carried out using an electric mixer at low speeds (500-600 rpm) for 3 minutes. Let the solution stand for 5 minutes, then mix again until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
Application and gluing
It is necessary to apply glue to the tile with the flat part of the spatula, and then hold the toothed side on it in one direction, then press it tightly to the gluing surface. The contact area of the tile with the surface must be at least 80%.
Gluing and leveling of ceramic tiles must be carried out within 30 minutes after applying the glue.
