Izoplast Hydrolastic – two-component polymer-cement elastic waterproofing membrane.

Applications:

Instructions for use:

The surface must be clean, smooth, solid, without any anti-adhesion substances such as dust, oil, dirt, rust, mold and detergents. If the concrete is delamination, the separated and the weak parts – they should be removed. If the floor or the wall of a crack or cavity, you want to seal, it should be repaired with appropriate repair solutions. Make sure that the plate or the concrete have a slope for proper drainage.

Before application the surface should be moistened. For dedusting of the surface and increase adhesion use primer solution Izoplast E Nano Power. Corners and abutting the half-wall should be beveled with a repair mortar.

Powder component must be thoroughly mixed to avoid lumps, then gradually add the liquid component to carry out the mixing with a low shear mixer. To the solution was ripened, after mixing you need to leave it for 5 minutes and then mix again for 1-2 minutes before applying.

The prepared solution should be applied in 2-3 layers with a roller, brushes or ceiling brushes. Maximum recommended thickness of one layer up to 2 mm. Each subsequent layer is applied after drying the previous one and perpendicular to each other.

The working time of the mixture is about 1 hour. The surface becomes water resistant after complete curing of the product. The material is carried out at a temperature from ambient 5°C to 35°C in the absence of strong wind and precipitation. Applied material should be protected from direct sunlight and precipitation.

The surface is ready for finishing work tile materials after 72 hours. The cured material is resistant to low temperatures down to -20°C.

Remarks / Restrictions:

Observe safety precautions and labour protection during execution of works. Observe the precautions. Use protective gloves, clothing, glasses. In case of contact with eyes, rinse with plenty of water and seek medical advice.
