Microbutton GRANITO FLOOR - a special composition with high strength characteristics for abrasion-resistant flooring, which includes the fraction of marble chips.

  • The creation of the decorative coating with a lot of features.
  • The creation of a solid surface without joints and seams.
  • In hospitals, shopping malls, schools, offices, exhibition halls, rest rooms and places where the use of rubber wheeled vehicles.
  • For leveling concrete floors and enhance their strength, wear resistance.
  • Inside homes, offices, shops, museums, theatres and exhibition halls.

The features and benefits

  • Has excellent adhesion.
  • Apply on any surface: tile, marble, stone, terrazzo, drywall, concrete, cement, gypsum, etc.
  • Does not crack when applied in thin layers.
  • Creates a floor covering with an exclusive, original finish.
  • A high level of durability on compression and bending.
  • Dries quickly, so the next finishing layer can be applied in a very short time.
  • Approximately 1 day after application GRANITO FLOOR can be polished using diamond grinding disks to get a smooth shiny surface.

Usage instructions

Surface for application must be solid, clean, dry and not to contain extraneous substances. The surface should not have cracks or other damage. If there are areas in the form of cracks and cavities on surface should be repaired with suitable repair solutions (Teknorep 300 and Teknorep 300EX).

Concrete, ceramic or natural stone surfaces must be prepared by shot blasting or milling and primed and, where necessary, reinforced with fiberglass mesh.

Mixing: pour the contents of the bag GRANITO FLOOR weighing 20 kg with a capacity of 5.0-6.0 litres of clean water and mix using a low speed electric mixer until a homogeneous fluid, lump-free mixture (not less than 3 minutes). Leave on for 2-3 minutes and before applying, mix the mixture for a few minutes (less than 3 minutes). Prepare as much solution GRANITO FLOOR as you can apply for 15 minutes at a temperature of 23 °C. pot life varies with temperature and decreases with increasing temperature. Apply GRANITO FLOOR in a single layer from 5 to 40 mm. make Sure the material is molded by a uniform continuous layer without breaks. Due to its self-leveling properties GRANITO FLOOR eliminates all the flaws on the surface.

When applying the product, consider the expansion joints at the base and form distribution joints at least every 50 m2. Seal joints can be performed using a one-component thixotropic polyurethane sealant. Dry polishing diamond grinding machine can be carried out the day after applying the mixture. The resulting surface will be completely smooth and shiny similar to natural stone.

Notes on application / Limitations

  • Do not add more water to the mixture after GRANITO FLOOR will start to seize.
  • Do not add lime, cement, gypsum or other binders to the mixture GRANITO FLOOR.
  • GRANITO FLOOR do not use on surfaces subject to buildup of moisture.
  • GRANITO FLOOR do not use on wet surfaces.
  • GRANITO FLOOR do not use on metal surfaces.
  • GRANITO FLOOR do not use at temperatures below 0 ° C or above 35 ° C.
  • Color of flooring made with GRANITO FLOOR, may have a different hue. This is a typical feature of products based on cement. In addition to the nature of this product, variances in color can also be caused by the method of application of the product. The coating must be cast continuously without long pauses to guarantee a perfect surface.
