Teknoser Baski is ready to use hardener concrete silica fillers and special chemical additives, used in the fresh concrete.
Used in combination for a monolithic finish surfaces, which consists of:

  • ready mix concrete
  • art stamps for concrete
  • the dye mixtures of the hardeners
  • reagents-disconnectors
  • strengthening protective impregnation

  • Inner and outer coating.
  • Parking lots, garages and ramps, paving, stair treads.
  • Landscape coverage.
  • Hangars and mechanical workshops.
  • Subways, subway stations, sidewalks.
  • For decorating the retaining walls, basements of residential and public buildings.

The features and benefits

  • Dust on the finished surfaces.
  • Excellent resistance to mechanical shock.
  • The excellent wear resistance of the coatings.
  • Creates aesthetic, colourful and decorative surface.
  • Apply the hardener becomes part of the concrete structure.

Usage instructions

Before beginning concrete placement, the prepared Foundation should be moistened, but not to prevent the formation of puddles on the surface of the site. After pouring the mixture, it is spread and compacted by a vibrating screed. Then the surface must be smooth over standard aluminum float.

When placing concrete at temperatures above 30°C in order to avoid the appearance of cracks on the surface, you must meet the following conditions:

  • to perform a single step of casting, if this is not possible - to equip the technological joints;
  • to use a sprinkling device over the base coating;
  • at the end of the fill to cover the surface with plastic wrap.

When placing concrete at temperatures below 5°C possible abrupt cooling of the solution. To avoid this, you need to fulfill the following conditions:

  • clear of ice all adjacent surface;
  • to increase the volume of cement in the mixture;
  • add air-entraining additives;
  • after laying, cover the surface of insulating materials.

For painting of a monolithic cover uses a special dye-hardener Tekno Ayrac, which, due to its composition, attached to the surface of the art form, but also acts as a reagent-disconnector for printing forms.

To print the forms, on the surface, you must wait for the achievement of concrete initial strength. Printing of forms is carried out using the texture matrices are stacked edges to each other, and the first need to lay along the near edge of the concrete platform. After installing the entire set of matrices is their uniform compaction over the entire surface of the coating. To ensure that there are no gaps between the shapes and the removal shapes to be careful to prevent adhesion of the curing agent to the base matrix. At the end of the stamping work it is necessary to cover the surface and eliminate movement along it. After 2 days the surface is cleaned with water under pressure.

Reinforcing protective impregnation TEKNOCILA 300 or 400 TEKNOCILA should be applied not earlier than 24 hours.

Notes on application / Limitations

  • Should be avoided in windy, very cold and hot weather.
  • Not to add to the concrete mixture fly ash as it accumulates in the top layer of the slab, which leads to dust emission floor covering or detachment of the hardener.
  • May cause irritation on the skin. Use protective gloves or protective glasses. In case of contact with eyes, immediately flush eyes with warm water and consult a doctor.
