Instructions for use
Before applying TEKNOSER 100, the appropriate concrete hardness must be achieved, otherwise cracks may appear in the concrete.
TEKNOSER 100 is applied by the "dry-on-wet" method, which means that the hardeners must be applied to non-hardened concrete(approximately 5-6 hours after pouring) for better adhesion of the materials. Topping crumbles in an even layer at the rate of 2-4 kg / m2 and does not require additional watering, since the mixture will independently absorb the necessary amount of water from the concrete. After the hardener absorbs moisture and darkens, it is necessary to treat the coating with a grout machine, paying special attention to the corners and edges of the surface. Then it is necessary to re-fill with the calculation of 2-4 kg/m2 and re-rub the surface in the same way. Depending on the expected load force on the floor, the consumption of the dry mixture may vary.
