Usage instructions
The surface should be prepared for the application, not contain dust, oil, dirt, rust, mold, grease and waste. The surface should first be primed. 25 kg powder must be 4 - 5 litres of clean water. In a clean container with the water gradually added Teknorep 200. Mixing is carried out using a low shear mixer to obtain a homogeneous mixture. The mixing time shall be not less than 5 minutes. The resulting solution to stand for 3 minutes and mix again for 2 minutes to obtain a homogeneous mixture. In the already prepared mixture do not add water.
Recommendations for the use of
After applying the surface in the first 3 hours must be protected from direct sunlight, strong wind, high air temperature (above 35 ° C), rain and frost.
Reaction time products based on cement depends on the ambient temperature. Reaction time decreases with increasing temperature and increases when it falls.
During application of the product should wear work clothes, appropriate safety rules and industrial hygiene, use protective mask and goggles.
After use, the tool should be immediately cleaned with water. After curing of the mortar, it can be cleaned only mechanically.
The prepared mortar is applied on the surface with a spatula. If necessary, apply a layer of thickness greater than 30 mm, to perform the work in several layers.
